The material scraping plate is arranged on an output shaft of the drivemotor and rotates together with the output shaft of the drive motor. In the work state, residual cement sundries on a wall face are scraped away through the rotating material scraping plate. The building block wall building construction process has the effect that residual cement in brick seams can be rapidly removed so that subsequent wall face construction can be facilitated.
