Vehicle over-width and over-height detection mechanism for mechanical stereo garage
The invention relates to auxiliary equipment for mechanical stereo garages, and in particular to a vehicle over-width and over-height detection mechanism for a mechanical stereo garage. The vehicle over-width and over-height detection mechanism solves the problem that an existing vehicle over-width and over-height detection method is high in error detection rate. The vehicle over-width and over-height detection mechanism for the mechanical stereo garage comprises an L-shaped installation plate, a speed reduction motor, two microswitches, a transmission shaft, a pin shaft, a cotter pin, a T-shaped transmission plate, two rectangular contact pieces and a diffuse reflection optoelectronic switch, wherein the L-shaped installation plate comprises a cross-shaped flat board and a rectangular longitudinal vertical board arranged on the left edge of the lower board surface of the cross-shaped flat board in an extending mode; an assembling hole I is formed in the right portion of the board surface of the cross-shaped flat board in a through mode; a seat of the speed reduction motor is fixed to the right portion of the lower board surface of the cross-shaped flat board, and an output shaft of the speed reduction motor faces upwards; and the lower end of the output shaft of the speed reduction motor is arranged in the assembling hole I in a penetrating mode, and an assembling hole II is formed in the upper portion of the side face of the output shaft of the speed reduction motor in a through mode. The vehicle over-width and over-height detection mechanism is suitable for the mechanical stereo garage.
