The invention belongs to the technical field of locksets, and particularly refers to a password unlocking handle, which comprises a handle, wherein the handle is connected with a fixed plate; an unlocking component is arranged between the handle and the fixed plate; the unlocking component comprises a square core; a rotating shaft is formed on the square core; password combination wheels are sleeved on the rotating shaft; the password combination wheels comprise external toggle wheels and internal linkage wheels; linkage grooves are formed in the internal linkage wheels; a linkage notch and alimiting groove are formed in the rotating shaft; a linkage member is arranged in the rotating shaft; a linkage baffle plate which can stretch into the linkage grooves and a limiting baffle plate which can be rotated relative to the rotating shaft are formed on the linkage member respectively; springs which are used for enabling the linkage baffle plate to have a trend of being ejected from the linkage notch and which are used for enabling the limiting baffle plate to have a rotation trend is also arranged in the rotating shaft; and a password change through hole which is aligned with the lefthalf part of the limiting groove is also formed in the handle. After the unlocking handle is mounted, a user can also achieve a door locking purpose without performing the back locking of a door lock; and the door lock can perform unlocking by rotating the unlocking handle only under a condition that a password is correct.
