The device comprises a signal trigger switch; the handle movement mechanism comprises a handle rotationally connected to the shell and a handle return elastic piece connected with the handle, the handle can be in contact with or separated from the signal trigger switch, and the handle return elastic piece can provide force for the handle to act in the direction in which the handle makes contact with the signal trigger switch; the unlocking assembly comprises an unlocking rocker arm rotating on the shell, a rocker arm return elastic piece connected with the unlocking rocker arm and an unlocking pull wire connected with the unlocking rocker arm, and when the unlocking rocker arm rotates in the first direction, the unlocking pull wire can be pulled to unlock the shell; the rocker arm return elastic piece can provide force for the unlocking device to rotate in the second direction, and the first direction and the second direction are opposite and are clockwise or anticlockwise. Manual unlocking can be carried out after an automobile is accidentally powered off or a microswitch loses efficacy, and it is ensured that passengers can smoothly open the automobile door outside the automobile.
