Intelligent pneumatic switch for automobile engine cover
The invention discloses an intelligent pneumatic switch for an automobile engine cover. The intelligent pneumatic switch comprises a CAN bus, a main control MCU, a standby MCU and an executing mechanism, and is characterized in that the main control MCU is electrically connected with a power supply; the main control MCU is electrically connected with the CAN bus, and used for receiving a signal ofa 10P connector; the standby MCU is electrically connected with a standby power supply; the standby power supply is connected with a connector; the connector comprises a detection module which is connected with the MCU power supply and a control switch; the executing mechanism comprises an air pump A and a pneumatic cylinder B; the air pump A controls the pneumatic cylinder B to act through a circuit; and the pneumatic cylinder B is arranged on a steel disc switch of the engine cover, and used for controlling the opening and closing of the engine cover. Through intelligent unlocking and locking as well as control of the main control MCU, an original vehicle key can be unlocked by pressing an unlocking switch and can be locked by pressing a locking switch, and a front mask switch is switched on automatically like the principle of an oil tank cover. Moreover, an emergency handling scheme is put forward, so that emergency handling is performed with the backup power supply after the battery of the whole vehicle is used up, thereby improving the safety.
