Porous ceramic material with slow release effect, and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a porous ceramic material with a slow release effect. The porous ceramic material is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of waste ceramic powder, 15-45 parts of an amino acidfiltering agent, 5-30 parts of zeolite, 5-30 parts of sepiolite, 5-20 parts of bentonite, 0-20 parts of perlite and 5-30 parts of frit. The porosity of the porous ceramic material is 24-32%, and thetotal pore area is 9-20 m<2>/g; and the skeleton density is 2.1-2.7 g/mL, the stacking density is 1.6-1.8 g/mL, and the central pore diameter is 380-440 angstroms. The porous ceramic material can store and slowly release a certain amount of a liquid, and the liquid can be essence, essence containing deodorization components, a deodorant, an insect repellent, an antibacterial agents, an antianaphylaxis agent and other functional liquid. The pore structure of the ceramic material can be adjusted according to the required storage and release period and concentration so as to meet the design requirements.
