The invention discloses a fragrance slow-release ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The invention relates to the technical field of fragrance products. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing flaky aluminum oxide and calcined kaolin powder; s2, heating and stirring the powder, adding liquid paraffin which is molten in a hot state and an additive at the same time, and stirring to obtain ceramic slurry; s3, vacuumizing and stirring the prepared ceramic slurry, and performing hot die-casting forming to prepare a ceramic green body; s4, embedding the ceramic green body into aluminum oxide sintering powder, then putting the ceramic green body into a kiln for primary sintering, taking out a sintered ceramic block after cooling, and then carrying out surface treatment; and S5, the treated ceramic block is soaked with fragrance, and packaging is conducted after the surface of the ceramic block is dried after fragrance soaking is completed. The microcosmic pore structure of the porous ceramic block is optimized, and meanwhile, a hot die-casting forming mode is adopted, so that the contradiction between light weight and high strength of the traditional porous ceramic is overcome, and the porous ceramic block has relatively high porosity.
本发明公开了一种香氛缓释陶瓷材料及其制备方法。本发明涉及香氛产品技术领域。制备方法如下:S1、将片状氧化铝、煅烧高岭土粉料混合均匀;S2、将上述粉料加热搅拌同时加入热态融化后的液态石蜡及添加剂,搅拌得陶瓷浆料;S3、将制备的陶瓷浆料抽真空搅拌、热压铸成型,制得陶瓷生坯;S4、将所述陶瓷生坯埋入氧化铝烧结粉中,然后放入窑炉进行一次烧成,待冷却后取出埋烧的陶瓷块,然后再进行表面处理;S5、将处理完成的陶瓷块进行浸香,浸香完成后待陶瓷块表面干燥后进行封装。本发明通过优化多孔陶瓷块的微观孔结构,同时采用热压铸成型的方式,克服了传统多孔陶瓷轻质与高强度间的矛盾,并具有较高的气孔率。
