SiO2f/SiO2 ceramic damp-proof sealing coating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a SiO2f/SiO2 ceramic damp-proof sealing coating and a preparation method thereof. Inorganic nano hollow particles are used for filling internal gaps of a ceramic composite material; under the condition that the dielectric constant of the ceramic composite material is not increased basically, diffusion of moisture in the material is blocked, then a moisture absorption source Si-OH is modified, the material is changed into hydrophobicity from hydrophilicity, finally, a coating material with high temperature resistance, hardness and flexibility is sprayed on the materialsurface, and the high smoothness, pollution prevention, water prevention are guaranteed. The moisture absorption rate of the quartz fiber reinforced quartz ceramic composite material coated by the method is measured to be 0.24-0.50% under the conditions that the highest temperature is 60 DEG C and the humidity is 95%. The pencil hardness of the coating is 6H, the impact toughness is less than 10,the adhesive force is grade 1, and the flexibility is more than 15mm. The coating is completely suitable for the severe application environment of aerospace.
本发明涉及一种SiO/SiO陶瓷防潮密封涂层及其制备方法。采取无机纳米空心颗粒对该陶瓷复合材料内部空隙进行填充,在使该陶瓷复合材料介电常数基本不增加情况下,阻挡水气在材料内部的扩散,然后对吸湿源Si‑OH进行改性,使材料由亲水性变为疏水性,最后在材料表面喷涂耐温高、硬度及柔韧性兼顾的涂层材料,实现高光洁度、防污、防水等性能保障。采用该方法涂覆的石英纤维增强石英陶瓷陶瓷复合材料在最高温度60℃,湿度95%条件下测得吸潮率为0.24‑0.50%。该涂层铅笔硬度6H,冲击韧性<10,附着力1级,柔韧性>15mm。完全适用于航空航天这种严苛的应用环境。
