The preparation method of the wear-resistant plastic master batch for the wood-like floor comprises the following steps: adding nanometer ceramic powder, PVC pre-polymerized emulsion, a vinyltriethoxysilane solution into the reaction kettle; adding potassium peroxodisulfate solution, slowly stirring at a rotating speed of 60-100r/min and heating to 65-85 DEG C, and maintaining the temperature for 10-20 min; adding a 15% NaCl solution after the reaction is finished, increasing the rotating speed to 400-800r/min, continuing to stir for 10-20min, and drying for 6-10h at 105 DEG C after settling separation, so as to obtain PVC-ceramic composite powder; and adding the PVC-ceramic composite powder, ultrafine wood powder, polyethylene wax, epoxidized soybeanoil, dioctyl oxalate, zinc stearate and a pigment into a high-speed mixer, mixing at 75 DEG C for 15-25 minutes, extruding, cooling and granulating to obtain the wear-resistant wood-like master batch.The temperature resistance and hardness of the wood-like plastic can be improved, and the friction resistance of the wood-like plastic is greatly improved.
