A compacting wheel used for flattening the plastic track is arranged on the lower side of the rear portion of the storage assembly, and the wheel body is in transmission connection with the cleaning assembly, the storage assembly and the compacting wheel through a transmission assembly. The vehicle frame is pushed, the wheel main body drives the cleaning assembly, a stirring rod in the storage box and a compaction wheel to rotate through the transmission assembly at the same time, the cleaning assembly rotates to sweep stones on a road surface firstly, the stirring rod stirs materials in the storage box, and the materials are discharged through a storage opening in the bottom of the storage box and laid on the road surface; and finally, the plastic is flattened and compacted through a rolling compaction wheel.
