The invention provides a macromolecular root-resistant waterproof roll. The macromolecular root-resistant waterproof roll comprises a release film, an adhesive layer and a root-resistant tire base layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, wherein a reinforcing layer is arranged in the adhesive layer, and the root-resistant tire base layer comprises a macromolecule root-resistant layer, an upper waterproof layer, a lower waterproof layer and a protective layer, the macromolecule root-resistant layer is clamped between the upper and lower waterproof layers, and the protective layer is arranged outside the upper waterproof layer. The invention further provides a production method of the macromolecular root-resistant waterproof roll. The production method comprises the steps ofpreparation of raw materials for the adhesive layer, preparation of root-resistant tire base layer, preparation of a finished product and the like. According to the invention, a self-repairing effectis achieved; the effective waterproof performance is maintained for a long time; the adhesive layer and the root-resistant tire base layer are of a separated structure, and a double waterproof structure is formed; the resistance to plant root puncture is further enhanced through the reinforcing layer; and in addition, the raw materials of the adhesive layer further comprise a root-resistant agent, and the growth of a root system in the adhesive layer is hindered through a chemical principle, so the root puncture resistance is further enhanced.
