The invention relates to a root-resistant macromolecular self-adhesive waterproof coiled material which sequentially comprises an upper surface isolating layer, an upper modified asphalt layer, a tire base layer, a lower modified asphalt layer and a lower surface isolating layer from top to bottom, and the upper modified asphalt layer and the lower modified asphalt layer are both prepared from modified asphalt. The modified asphalt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65 to 75 parts of petroleum asphalt, 10 to 20 parts of butyl rubber, 10 to 15 parts of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modifier, 10 to 15 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) emulsion, 3 to 5 parts of phenolic resin, 2 to 4 parts of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1 to 3 parts of chemical root inhibitor, 15 to 25 parts of light calcium carbonate and 1.5 to 4 parts of functional aid, and the chemical root inhibitor is copper oxide powder. The functional additive is a mixture of phenoxyethanol and calcium naphthenate. The invention aims to provide the root-puncture-resistant macromolecular self-adhesive waterproof roll and the production process thereof, so that the purposes of root puncture resistance and no environmental pollution are achieved.
