Road solid waste sorting and regenerating method
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt regeneration, and discloses a road solid waste sorting and regenerating method. The method comprises the steps of 1) milling an asphalt pavementby adopting a cold milling machine, collecting milled asphalt waste, and transferring the asphalt waste into a sorting device after the asphalt waste passes through a stripping structure; 2) sortingthe asphalt waste by a sorting device, and transferring the sorted fine-particle asphalt waste into a stirring device; using the sorting device and the stirring device to sort solid asphalt wastes insequence to acquire fine-particle asphalt waste and coarse-particle asphalt waste; adding fine-particle asphalt waste and coarse-particle asphalt waste in different proportions into the asphalt material; and using the stirring device for stirring the asphalt material at the same time, so that the material consumption of the asphalt material is greatly reduced, the quality of the formed asphalt paving material is enhanced, and high-quality recycling of the solid asphalt waste is achieved through refined sorting and different treatment methods.
本发明涉及沥青再生的技术领域,公开了道路固废分选与再生方法,其中有以下步骤:1)、采用冷铣刨机铣刨沥青路面,并将铣刨出的沥青废料进行收集,经过剥离结构后,转移到分选装置中;2)、分选装置分选沥青废料,且将分选出的细颗粒沥青废料移入到搅拌装置;通过利用分选装置、搅拌装置,先后对固体沥青废料进行分选,得到细颗粒沥青废料以及粗颗粒沥青废料,然后在沥青材料中加入不同配比的细颗粒沥青废料以及粗颗粒沥青废料,且搅拌装置同时对沥青材料进行搅拌,大大减少了沥青材料的用料,同时增强了形成的沥青铺料的质量,所以固体沥青废料经过精细化分选,采用不同的处理方法,达到高质量的再生利用。
