Road solid waste sorting and regenerating method
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt regeneration, and discloses a road solid waste sorting and regenerating method which comprises the following steps: milling a loose asphalt pavement with serious cracks, ruts and pit slots by adopting a cold milling machine, and collecting milled asphalt waste: S1, transferring the asphalt waste into a sorting device 4 after passing through a stripping structure; s2, the sorting device sorts the asphalt waste to form fine-particle asphalt waste and coarse-particle asphalt for use, an experiment device is used for testing the optimal proportion, then the asphalt waste and GAC-20 asphalt are stirred according to the optimal proportion tested by the experiment device through a mixing device, and therefore mixed asphalt with the optimal proportion is obtained; asphalt in different places can be recycled conveniently, the number of times of adding the asphalt into the re-mixing device is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及沥青再生的技术领域,公开了道路固废分选与再生方法,其中有以下步骤:采用冷铣刨机铣刨出现严重的裂缝、车辙、坑槽、松散的沥青路面,并将铣刨出的沥青废料进行收集,S1、经过剥离结构后,转移到所述分选装置4中;S2、所述分选装置分选所述沥青废料,形成细颗粒沥青废料与粗颗粒沥青用,利用实验装置首先测试出最佳的配比,再通过混料装置对按照实验装置测试出的最佳比例搅拌沥青废料与GAC‑20沥青,从而得到最佳比例的混合沥青,方便针对不同场所的沥青进行再生利用,并且大大减少了再混料装置内加入沥青的次数,提高了生产效率。
