According to the method, by arranging the water collection pit, the water in the foundation pit is gathered, the water accumulated in the foundation pit is drained conveniently, drilling of a water falling well can be carried out conveniently in the foundation pit construction process, the situation that when the water falling well is drilled, water containing silt flows into the water falling well, andthe well drilling schedule of the water falling well is influenced can be prevented, by means of cooperation between a connecting opening formed in an upper end opening of a cylinder body of each supporting cylinder and a guide head arranged at the lower end, thus the supporting cylinders are stacked and connected more conveniently and rapidly, the construction efficiency of the water falling wellis improved, by arranging a filtering layer and a protecting net, the silt can be stopped, and the situation that due to the high silt content in the water falling well, normal water draining and pumping are influenced can be avoided.
