The house comprises upper side concrete horizontal beams, lower side concrete horizontal beams, steel structure mortise and tenon joints, andpreserved installation bolt holes; the lower parts of the upper side concrete horizontal beams are connected with concrete vertical columns via the steel structure mortise and tenon joints; the lowerparts of the concrete vertical columns are connected with the lower side concrete horizontal beams via the steel structure mortise and tenon joints; the preserved installation bolt holes are formed inthe upper side concrete horizontal beams, the lower side concrete horizontal beams, and the upper parts of the concrete vertical columns; locking nuts are arranged inside the preserved installation bolt holes; and the upper side concrete horizontal beams, the lower side concrete horizontal beams, and the concrete vertical columns are connected with concrete prefabricated members via the steel structure mortise and tenon joints. The horizontal beams, the vertical columns and walls are fixed in a manner of connection of concrete and steel structures; prefabricated member installation nuts are arranged on the upper parts of the concrete horizontal beams and the concrete vertical columns; and the steel structure mortise and tenon joints are used to realize the purpose of rapid assembly and guarantee the firmness of the house.
