The invention provides a full-fabricated concrete structure box-type house connecting node and a mounting method thereof.The connecting node is composed of a horizontal mounting node and a vertical mounting node, and the horizontal mounting node comprises a tooth groove plate located between upper and lower layer structure wallboards, a plurality of vertical pre-embedded screws located in the middle of the width of the tooth groove plate and matched bolts; the vertical installation node comprises reserved groove holes B located in the inner sides of the left wallboard and the right wallboard, screw through holes between the reserved groove holes B and wallboard gaps, unequal-thickness steel plate embedded parts located on the outer sides of the wallboards and located on the peripheries of the screw through holes, and V-shaped gap pressure-bearing clamps embedded between the unequal-thickness steel plate embedded parts. The connecting screw rod penetrates through the screw rod through hole and the V-shaped gap pressure-bearing clamp; and the nut B is matched with the connecting screw rod. Full-dry type installation operation can be achieved, rapid connection can be achieved through a simple bolt tightening mode, the integrity of the prefabricated box house units under the earthquake action can be guaranteed through the arrangement of the vertical installation nodes, and the safety performance of the box house is effectively improved.
本发明提供了一种全装配式混凝土结构箱式房屋连接节点及其安装方法,连接节点由水平安装节点和竖向安装节点组成,水平安装节点包括位于上下层结构墙板之间的齿槽板、齿槽板宽度居中位置的若干竖向预埋螺杆和相配合的螺栓;竖向安装节点包括位于左右两侧墙板内侧的预留槽孔B、预留槽孔B和墙板缝隙之间的螺杆通孔、墙板外侧位于螺杆通孔周边的不等厚钢板埋件、嵌在不等厚钢板埋件之间的V型缝间承压卡具、穿过螺杆通孔和V型缝间承压卡具的连接螺杆和相配合的螺母B。本申请可实现全干式安装作业,通过简单的螺栓拧紧方式即可实现快速连接,竖向安装节点的设置可保证预制盒子房单元间在地震作用下的完整性,有效提升盒子房的安全性能。
