Nuclear power plant anchor bolt group tensioning device and method
The invention discloses a nuclear power plant anchor bolt group tensioning device and a method. The method comprises the following steps: evenly distributing anchor bolts into several groups accordingto a circumferential direction, and respectively and orderly numbering each group of paired anchor bolts according to the same direction; randomly taking the paired anchor bolts of the same serial number from the groups of pair anchor bolts, sleeving two paired anchor bolts with two bolt tensioners, and orderly completing mounting of all the bolt tensioners of the paired anchor bolts of the sameserial number; using step load to perform tensioning for all the anchor bolts sleeved with the bolt tensioners; after standing 48 hours, tensioning the all the anchor bolts sleeved with the bolt tensioners through a 100% target tensioning value again; and repeating the steps above, until completing a tensioning operation for all the anchor bolts. According to the device and the method provided bythe invention, multi-point tensioning and step load repeated tensioning are used, construction efficiency can be improved, construction period can be reduced, and cost is reduced.
本发明一种核电站地脚锚栓成组张拉装置及方法,包括:将地脚锚栓按周向均分为若干组,并对每一组成对的地脚锚栓分别按相同方向依次编号;任取多组地脚锚栓中,编号相同的成对的地脚锚栓,将两螺栓拉伸器套设在成对的两地脚锚栓上,依此完成所有编号相同的成对的地脚锚栓的螺栓拉伸器安装;对所有套接螺栓拉伸器的地脚锚栓依次采用梯阶载荷进行拉伸;静置48h后,再次对所有套接螺栓拉伸器的地脚锚栓采用100%目标张拉值进行拉伸;重复上述步骤,直至完成所有地脚锚栓的张拉作业。本发明采用多点张拉及阶梯载荷多次张拉,可提高施工效率,缩短工期,降低成本。
