The invention relates to a blind hole structure and a construction method thereof. The blind hole structure comprises a buried piece, a protective cover and an air extraction joint, wherein the buriedpiece is embedded in a concrete structure, the protective cover is arranged at the top of the buried piece in a covering manner, and the protective cover comprises a cover edge attached to the edge of the top of the buried piece; and the air extraction joint is connected to the protective cover, and the air in the protective cover is extracted through the air extraction joint, so that the cover edge of the protective cover is tightly attached to the edge of the top of the buried piece, and after the air extraction is finished, a plugging head is inserted and blocked at the air extraction joint. According to the blind hole structure, the protective cover is arranged at the top of the buried piece in a covering manner, the cover edge of the protective cover and the edge of the top of the buried piece are attached and fixed, the buried piece is isolated and protected, and the concrete is prevented from falling into the buried piece in the pouring process; and the air in the protective cover is extracted through the air extraction joint, so that negative pressure is formed in the protective cover, the cover edge is tightly attached to the edge of the top of the buried piece, leakage is prevented, and the tight fit of the cover edge of the protective cover and the edge of the top of the buried piece is further enhanced.
