The transverse planking structure comprises a structural column on a to-be-installed wall plate structure, two corner parts, an adapter part, purlines, n-shaped parts and wall plates, wherein the two corner parts are installed on the structural column and two external corners of the corner parts are opposite to form rectangular grooves, the adapter part is connected between the rectangular grooves of the two corner parts, the purlines are connected to the outer surface of the adapter part, then-shaped parts are connected to the outer surfaces of the purlines, and the wall plates are connected to the two sides of the purlines and located between the n-shaped parts and the adapter part. According to the blind nail transverse planking structure and the construction method thereof, through vertical arrangement of the purlines, the wall plates can be transversely laid, the number of the purlines is greatly reduced, and the construction speed is increased; through the arrangement of purlin upper grooves, purlin lower convex blocks, purlin side convex strips and an adapter positioning groove corresponding to the adapter part, the convenience and accuracy during mounting are guaranteed, and the flatness of wall plate mounting is further guaranteed; through the blind nail type structure, the problem of rusting of blind nails is solved; and gaps are reserved between socket rabbets, direct contact of metal is avoided, and the problem of cold bridge of the wall is solved.
