The invention provides a hand-push type construction device based on an epoxy floor in an environment-friendly processing factory. The device comprises a hand-push trolley body and scraping plates; two sets of scraping plate connecting shafts are rotatably installed on the front end side of a front protective frame; the scraping plate connecting shafts are connected with a transition shaft in a chain belt transmission mode; two sets of the scraping plates are arranged and are connected with the bottoms of the scraping plate connecting shafts via bolts; an inclined plate is further connected with the top of the transition shaft; a control rod is in a circular arc shape at the top and is attached to the inclined plate; two sets of diversion pipes are respectively connected with the outer side bottom end of a controlling cylinder; and three sets of brushing wheels are rotatably installed at the rear end of the hand-push trolley body via brushing shafts. Driving shafts between push wheelsdrive the three sets of brushing wheels to rotate, the three sets of brushing wheels are arranged in an inverted T shape to remove impurities and dust on the ground, and with rotation of the scrapingplates, diluted paint is evenly brushed on the ground by wedge-shaped ends at the lower ends of the scraping plates.
本发明提供一种基于环保加工厂房内环氧地坪的手推式施工装置，包括推车体，刮板；所述前护框的前端侧转动安装有两组刮板连接轴，且刮板连接轴分别与过渡轴之间通过链带传动连接，所述刮板设有两组并分别通过螺栓连接在刮板连接轴的底部，所述过渡轴的顶端还连接有斜板，且控制杆的顶端为圆弧状并贴在斜板上，所述控制筒的外侧底端还分别连接有两组分流管，所述推车体的后端还通过刷轴转动安装有三组刷轮。通过推轮间的驱动轴带动三组刷轮旋转，利用三组刷轮间品字形排列，清除地面上的杂质及灰尘，通过在刮板内设置导流槽，使稀漆料能够通过插筒流入到导流槽中并均匀流下，并在刮板的旋转下，通过其下端楔形端将稀漆料均匀的刮刷在地面上。
