Cross connecting mechanism of steel pipe scaffold
The invention discloses a cross connecting mechanism of a steel pipe scaffold, and aims at solving the problems that when an existing steel pipe scaffold is fixed with fasteners, the steel pipe scaffold is prone to sliding and breaking when being over-twisted. The cross connecting mechanism comprises a buckle disc, locking members, guiding ends and supporting parts, wherein a through hole is formed in the middle of the buckle disc, the middle of the buckle disc penetrates through a vertical pipe body, inserting holes are formed in the buckle disc, and the inserting holes are paired and uniformly distributed on the buckle disc; each locking member is located at the edge end of the buckle disc, each locking member is provided with fastening ends, and the fastening ends are located on two sides of the top of each locking member; each guiding end is triangular in shape and is located at the middle position of each locking member; and each supporting part is arranged at the lower end of each locking member, each supporting part is in a hook shape, transverse pipe bodies and a longitudinal pipe body can be supported, and the guiding ends and the supporting parts are inclined in the 45-degree direction. The cross connecting mechanism has the beneficial effects of being stable in steel pipe fixation, convenient to disassemble, replace and maintain.
本发明公开了一种钢管脚手架的交叉连接机构,主要以解决现有的钢管脚手架用扣件固定导致容易打滑、拧过头容易断裂的问题。包括:扣盘,所述扣盘的中间设置为通孔,中间穿过竖向管本体,所述扣盘上具有插孔,所述插孔为成对的并均匀分布在所述扣盘上;锁扣件,所述锁扣件位于所述扣盘的边缘端,所述锁扣件具有扣紧端,所述扣紧端位于所述锁扣件的顶部两侧;导向端,所述导向端呈三角状,位于所述锁扣件的中间位置处;托起部,所述托起部位于所述锁扣件的下端,所述托起部呈钩子状,可拖起横向管本体与纵向管本体,所述导向端与所述托起部呈45°方向倾斜。本发明获得了钢管固定稳定、方便拆卸更换与维护的有益效果。
