Environment-friendly intelligent fire control ventilation equipment
The invention discloses environment-friendly intelligent fire control ventilation equipment. The equipment comprises a smoke exhaust window, a fan, a pneumatic control box and a fire control center. Abottom plate of the smoke exhaust window is arranged in a ventilating port where a building wall communicates with the exterior. Solar silicon crystal panel louvers are mounted on the periphery and top of the smoke exhaust window correspondingly. An insert socket is formed in the lower portion of the bottom plate. A copper tube interface is mounted in the insert socket. The fan is built in the middle-lower portion of the smoke exhaust window. Fan blades and a baffle are arranged on the inner side of the bottom plate. A temperature sensing release starting device is mounted above the fan blades. The pneumatic control box is connected with the insert socket through a copper tube. A pneumatic control box door, a pneumatic valve, a heat emission hole and an electrically operated valve are arranged on the front face of the pneumatic control box. The fire control center is connected with the pneumatic control box in a wireless mode. A smoke detection device is arranged on the fire control center. According to the environment-friendly intelligent fire control ventilation equipment provided by the invention, solar silicon crystal panels are used, pneumatic starting adopted is more environmentally friendly and saves more energy and reduces more emission when compared with an electric starting mode, rigid requirements for green buildings of the state are met, and the smoke exhaust window is made to have a failure protection function through intelligent control.
本发明公开了一种环保的智能化消防通风设备,包括排烟窗、风机、气动控制箱及消防控制中心;排烟窗的底板置于建筑墙体与外界接触的通风口处,排烟窗的四周及顶部安装太阳能硅晶体板百叶,底板的下方设置有插槽,插槽里安装有铜管的接口;风机内置于排烟窗的中下部,扇叶及挡板设置于底板的内侧,扇叶的上方安装温感释放开启装置;气动控制箱通过铜管与插槽连接,其正面设置有气控箱门、气动阀、散热孔及电动阀;消防控制中心与气动控制箱通过无线方式连接,其上设有烟感装置。本发明使用太阳能硅晶板,且采用气动开启比电动更环保、节能减排,满足国家对绿色建筑的硬性要求,并通过智能化控制,使排烟窗具有防失效保护功能。
