Underground coal bunker climbing anti-falling method
The invention discloses an underground coal bunker climbing anti-falling method which comprises the following steps: S1, mounting an automatic retractor and a guide pulley on an upper chamber top plate above a coal bunker in a spaced mode, wherein an anti-falling rope is wound in the automatic retractor; S2, placing a pedestrian ladder along the bunker wall of the coal bunker, and extending the free end of the anti-falling rope to a position above the pedestrian ladder after bypassing the guide pulley; S3, enabling an operator to wear a safety rope, and connecting the tail end of the safety rope to the tail end of the anti-falling rope; S4, synchronously winding or unwinding the anti-falling rope by the automatic retractor while the operator upwards or downwards climbs out of or into the bunker at a uniform speed along the pedestrian ladder; and switching the automatic retractor to a temporary locking state for locking the anti-falling rope while the operator quickly pulls the anti-falling rope. The underground coal bunker climbing anti-falling method reduces influences of human factors, and guarantees use safety; and meanwhile, the operator can quickly pull the rope to the temporary locking state, so that body fatigue is relieved, and labor intensity is relieved.
本发明公开了一种井下煤仓攀爬防坠方法,其包括以下步骤:S1、在煤仓上方的上硐室顶板上间隔地安装自动卷收器和导向滑轮,自动卷收器内缠绕有防坠绳;S2、沿煤仓的仓壁放置人行梯,防坠绳的自由端绕过导向滑轮后伸入到人行梯的正上方;S3、作业人员穿戴保险绳,并将保险绳的末端与防坠绳的末端相连接;S4、作业人员沿人行梯向上或向下匀速攀爬出仓或入仓时,自动卷收器随之同步卷收或展放防坠绳;作业人员快速拉拽防坠绳时,则所述自动卷收器切换至临时锁紧状态锁住防坠绳。本发明减少了人为因素的影响,保障了使用的安全性。同时,作业人员可通过快速拉拽绳索成临时锁紧状态,缓解身体疲劳,减轻劳动强度。
