The invention discloses a shallow-hole blasting air bag damping structure for a bridge pile group foundation and a construction method. The shallow-hole blasting air bag damping structure is characterized by comprising blast holes (1), wherein explosives (3) are arranged in the blast holes (1); and the two ends of the explosives (3) are provided with air bags (2). For blasting effect, the shallow-hole blasting air bag damping structure is good in blasting effect and is small in influence on work efficiency under damping measures. Air bag measures can realize an expected damping target very well, and cost analysis is combined in practical engineering; and the air bag measures only increase the cost by 15.6 yuan, and therefore, the air bags become the best choice for pile group foundation construction blasting and damping.
