A bearing groove hole is formed in the base column, and the bearing groove hole is a cavity formed by connecting a bottom groove, a kidney-shaped hole and a top groove; the outer wall of the foundation pillar is provided with a ring pillar support hoop; the damping column is a solid column formed by connecting a bottom column, a waist column and a top column; the shock absorption columns are arranged in the bearing groove holes, the bottom columns are arranged in the bottom grooves, the waist columns penetrate through the waist holes, the top columns are arranged in the top grooves, a plurality of shock absorption springs are arranged between the shock absorption columns and the bearing groove holes, the bearing platform is connected to the upper portions of the shock absorption columns, and the inclined supporting columns are arranged between the two ends of the bearing platform and the annular column supporting hoops.
