The invention discloses a production process of glass fiber reinforced concrete GRC. The production process comprises the following steps that mold arrangement is carried out, specifically, molds arecombined, cleaning is carried out, whether the size meets the precision standard or not and whether an inner mold is deformed or not are checked, coating mold release oil is carried out on the contactsurface of the molds and the GRC, the mold release oil is uniformly distributed; and GRC spraying is carried out, proportioning is carried out on the weight of a GRC wire board, during board manufacturing, used cement mortar needs to be evenly mixed, a glass fiber is sprayed out by using a spray gun through air compression, in order to achieve uniform mixing, the spraying thickness of each layeris about 4-5 mm, the glass fiber is evenly mixed with the sprayed cement mortar, the spraying thickness of each layer is 4-5 mm, and each layer is rolled by a roller so as to expel bubbles. Accordingto the production process of the glass fiber reinforced concrete GRC, a GRC plate can be accurately manufactured, through strict control over errors and the plate ratio, the GRC quality is excellent,the error rate is reduced, meanwhile, manufacturing is simple, the process operation is not complex, and large-scale popularization can be achieved.
本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维增强混凝土GRC的生产工艺,其包括以下步骤模具整理,将模具组合,清理检查尺寸是否合乎精度标准,围内模具是否变形,模具与GRC的接触面涂抹脱模油,使脱模油均匀分布;GRC喷制,对GRC线板重量进行配比,板制作时,所使用之水泥砂浆须拌合均匀,利用空压将玻璃纤维喷枪喷出,要能均匀混合,每层喷射厚度为4‑5mm左右,并与喷出之水泥砂浆均匀混合,每层喷射厚度为4‑5mm,每层均要用滚筒加以滚压,以将气泡逐出;本发明所述的一种玻璃纤维增强混凝土GRC的生产工艺,该GRC的生产工艺能够精准制作GRC板材,通过误差和板材配比的严格控制,使得GRC质量优异,减少误差率,同时制作成本简单,工艺操作不复杂,可大范围推广。
