The invention provides a method for manufacturing a prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile. According to the method, the manufacture of the prestressed high-strength concrete pipe pile is completed by cooperation of a reinforcement cage, a supporting device and a cutting device; the method can solve the problems that artificial shearing-off efficiency is low and the reinforcement cage is prone to overall deformation to affect the structures of reinforcement holes in the artificial shearing process due to the fact that lengths of two ends of the reinforcement cage are uneven and the two ends are needed to be manually sheared off by pliers to keep flush in a knitting process of the reinforcement cage; and the method can also solve the problems that the two ends of the reinforcement cage are difficult to keep neat by artificial shearing, the pliers are easily bumps against the inside of the reinforcement cage when used for shearing the extending part of the reinforcement cage to cause damage of edges of the pliers, and the shearing is affected.
本发明提供了一种预应力高强混凝土管桩制作方法,由钢筋笼、支撑装置和切割装置配合完成预应力高强混凝土管桩的制作;本发明可以解决钢筋笼在编结的过程中主要存在的钢筋笼的两端长度不均匀,需要人工采用钳子将其剪断保持平齐,但是人工剪断效率低下,且人工裁剪的过程中容易造成钢筋笼发生整体形变影响钢筋孔的结构;以及人工裁剪难以保持钢筋笼两端齐整,且采用钳子在裁剪钢筋笼伸出的部分时容易与钢筋笼内部发生磕碰造成钳子刀口破损,影响裁剪等难题。
