The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphene layered composite floor heating plate, and belongs to a preparation method of floor heating equipment. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a graphene electric heating filler; S2, preparing a graphene electrothermal coating; S3, applying a graphene electric heating coating; and S4, assembling the layered composite floor heating plate. According to the invention, an insulated high-molecular compound with unstable chemical property is not required to be used as an auxiliary substrate, so that the heating effect is better and the service life is longer; in addition, the graphene filler is fixed in a direct coating manner, so that the operability is higher, and different circuit structures and application scenes of the graphene filler can be set according to requirements.
