Graphene heating film-aerogel composite floor heating system and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene heating film-aerogel composite floor heating system which comprises a composite floor heating system body, the composite floor heating system body is composed of a leakage current recovery layer (2), a graphene heating film layer (1) and an aerogel reflection heat insulation layer (3) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in an overlapped mode, and the composite floor heating system body is arranged in a waterproof insulation protection sleeve (4) in a vacuum sleeving mode. The invention further provides a preparation method of the graphene heating film-aerogel composite floor heating system. The insulation bottom layer, the graphene heating carbon paste layer and the hot melt adhesive insulation surface layer are combined to form the graphene heating film layer (1), and the aerogel reflection heat insulation layer (3) is an aerogel mat with one side coated with aluminum foil. According to the floor heating film, heat of the floor heating film can be effectively prevented from losing downwards, and occupied indoor space is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种石墨烯发热膜‑气凝胶复合地暖,包括复合地暖主体,所述复合地暖主体由从上至下依次叠合设置的泄漏电流回收层(2)、石墨烯发热膜层(1)和气凝胶反射隔热层(3)组成,所述复合地暖主体被真空的套装在防水绝缘保护封套(4)内。本发明还同时提供了上述石墨烯发热膜‑气凝胶复合地暖的制备方法;绝缘底层、墨烯发热碳浆层和热熔胶绝缘表层组合形成石墨烯发热膜层(1),气凝胶反射隔热层(3)为单面覆铝箔的气凝胶薄毡。本发明不但能有效地防止地暖膜热量往下方流失,还极大地减少了室内空间的占用。
