An embodiment of the invention discloses a self-pressing sealing structure and a hazardous solid waste storage container, and relates to the technical field of chemical environmental protection, so asto improve the leakproofness of the container and improve the safety in an environment that a large number of containers are stacked together. According to the self-pressing sealing structure, an upper-layer sealing gasket is glued with the bottom of a container cover, and a lower-layer sealing gasket is arranged in an outer edge groove of an opening of a container shell. A lock rod is fixed to the bottom of the container cover, and a rack is machined on the lock rod. A lock box is fixed to the outer wall of the container shell, and a gear meshed with the rack on the inner side of the lock rod is installed in the lock box. A limiting device is installed in the lock box, and the lock rod passes through the limiting device in the lock box when moving downwards. The self-pressing sealing structure and the hazardous solid waste storage container are suitable for storing and transporting lots of chemical hazardous wastes.
本发明实施例公开了一种自压紧密封结构及危险固废贮存容器,涉及化工环境保护技术领域,能够提高容器的密闭性,在多个容器集中大量堆放的环境中提高安全性。本发明包括:上层密封垫与容器盖的底部胶合,下层密封垫内置于容器壳体的开口的外沿凹槽内;锁杆固定在所述容器盖的底部,所述锁杆上加工有齿条;锁盒固定在所述容器壳体的外壁,所述锁盒中安装有与所述锁杆内侧的齿条咬合的齿轮;所述锁盒中安装有限位装置,所述锁杆向下运动时通过所述锁盒中的限位装置。本发明适用于储运大量化工危废物的场景。
