The invention discloses a formula of self-leveling mortar, a glass fiber reinforced recycled wallboard and a preparation method of the glass fiber reinforced recycled wallboard. The self-leveling mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 670-680 parts of cement, 43-45 parts of a mineral admixture, 200-210 parts of recycled aggregate, 42-44 parts of wood flour, 4-6 parts of a water repellent, and 13-16 parts of a water reducing agent. Concrete formed after the self-leveling mortar obtained through the formula is cured can be tightly attached to a glass fiber bundle, has a good interface effect with glass fibers, and is suitable for being used as a concrete matrix to manufacture a novel GRC wallboard which has excellent breaking strength and impact strength and also has the cost advantage.
本发明公开了一种自流平砂浆的配方、玻璃纤维增强再生墙板及其制备方法，其中，该自流平砂浆的配方的成分按照重量占比分别为：水泥670~680份；矿物掺合料43~45份；再生骨料200~210份；木粉42~44份；憎水剂4~6份；以及减水剂13~16份。通过该配方获得的自流平砂浆固化后形成的混凝土能够紧密地附着在玻璃纤维束上，与玻璃纤维产生良好的界面作用，适合作为混凝土基体制造出具有优异抗折强度和抗冲击强度又兼具成本优势的新型GRC墙板。
