The invention discloses a preparation device of a fiber recycled concrete prefabricated wallboard. The preparation device comprises a fixing plate and a stirring box fixedly connected to the fixing plate, a mounting cavity and a stirring component; the stirring box is used for stirring concrete, a partition plate is fixedly connected to the interior of the stirring box, and through holes are formed in the partition plate; the mounting cavity is fixedly connected to the side wall of the fixing plate, and two modules are slidably connected into the mounting cavity; and the stirring component comprises rotating shafts and stirring rods, the two rotating shafts are vertically arranged in the stirring box in a penetrating mode, and the multiple stirring rods are fixedly connected to the rotating shafts. Inclined rods push push rods to move correspondingly, so that two clamping blocks located in the mounting cavity move in the middle and push the two modules to be closed, the clamping and fixing effects on the modules are achieved, the distance between the two modules can be adjusted by rotating a lead screw, and mold expansion of a poured wallboard is avoided.
