Recycled concrete utilizing building concrete waste slurry
The invention particularly relates to recycled concrete utilizing building concrete waste slurry. The recycled concrete utilizing the building concrete waste mud comprises the following components: 120-180 parts of P.O42.5 cement; 250 to 350 parts of mineral powder; 200 to 300 parts of C-S-H waste slurry; 1100 to 1300 parts of stone chip powder; 6-7 parts of a coagulant; 0.5-1 part of an air entraining agent; and 1-3 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, with the balance being water carried by the slurry, wherein the solid content of the C-S-H waste slurry is controlled to be 45% or above, the mineral powder is S95-grade mineral powder, and the stone chip powder is I-area fine aggregate. According to the invention, optimal selection tests of recycled concrete bricks with different amounts of C-S-H waste slurry, different solid contents, different adhesive material amounts, different admixtures and different coagulation accelerator dosages are carried out; beneficial exploration is made for solving the problem of waste residues in the commercial concrete production process, a full-chain closed loop of commercial concrete waste-discharge-free production is achieved, and green building material sustainable production of commercial concrete in the true sense is effectively promoted.
本发明具体涉及一种利用建筑砼废泥浆再生混凝土,利用建筑砼废泥浆再生混凝土包括以下组分:P.O42.5水泥120~180份;矿粉250~350份;C‑S‑H废浆200~300份;石屑粉1100~1300份;促凝剂6~7份引气剂0.5~1份;阻锈剂1~3份;其中C‑S‑H废浆含固量控制在45%以上,其余为泥浆自带水,矿粉采用S95级矿粉,石屑粉为I区细集料。本发明通过C‑S‑H废浆不同用量、含固量、胶材用量及掺合料、促凝剂掺量的再生混凝土砖的优选试验,为解决商品混凝土生产过程中废渣作出了有益探索,实现了商品混凝土无废排放生产的全链闭环,有效推进了商品混凝土真正意义上绿色建材化可持续生产。
