The invention discloses a method for preparing recycled concrete from mixing plant waste slurry and recycled water. The recycled concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 150 to 220 parts of waste slurry, 110 to 180 parts of cement, 1 to 4 parts of nano calcium carbonate, 30 to 60 parts of coal slag, 20 to 40 parts of silica fume, 800 to 1100 parts of fine aggregate, 700 to 1000 parts of coarse aggregate, 0.1 to 0.5 part of retarder, 5 to 12 parts of admixture, 25 to 60 parts of recycled water and 80 to 115 parts of water. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the waste slurry of the mixing plant and the recycled water are recycled, the hydration micromechanism of each component is combined, the gelling activity of the concrete is improved, the recycled concrete is endowed with relatively high strength, and meanwhile, the recycled concrete preparation material is green and low-carbon and fully responds to the double-carbon policy.
本发明公开了一种搅拌站废浆料和回收水制备再生混凝土的方法,再生混凝土中包括如下重量份的组分:150‑220份的废浆料、110‑180份的水泥、1‑4份的纳米碳酸钙、30‑60份的煤渣、20‑40份的硅灰、800‑1100份的细骨料、700‑1000粗骨料、0.1‑0.5份的缓凝剂、5‑12份的外加剂、25‑60份的回收水、80‑115份的水。本发明的方法将搅拌站废浆料和回收水进行资源重复利用,结合各组分的水化微观机理,提高了混凝土的胶凝活性,赋予了再生混凝土较高的强度,同时该再生混凝土制备材料绿色低碳,充分响应了“双碳”政策。
