The invention discloses porous thick polished glaze and a preparation method thereof. The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic building materials. The porous thick polished glaze is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-45 parts of plastic clay, 15-30 parts of feldspar powder, 1-3 parts of a suspending agent, 0.3-0.9 parts of a cosolvent, 15-40 parts of a foaming material, 30-55 parts of shell powder, 7-13 parts of a moisture absorbent, 20-50 parts of aggregate, 1-8 parts of an antifouling agent, 11-23 parts of nano silicon dioxide powder particles, 10-25 parts of magnesian soil and 5-10 parts of roller waste. In the present invention, through mutual cooperation of designed feldspar powder, shell powder, a moisture absorbent, aggregate, an antifouling agent, nano silicon dioxide powder particles, magnesian soil, roller waste, pulverized coal ash and limestone, the inner surfaces of the holes formed in the surface of the glazed layer havea certain antifouling effect, and meanwhile, the formed holes are used for adjusting the indoor humidity, so that the use effect of a glazed porcelain tile can be further improved, and the influenceof the holes on the structural physical property of the glazed layer is reduced by enhancing the structural strength of the glazed layer.
本发明公开了一种有孔厚抛釉及其制备方法,属于陶瓷建材技术领域,其主要由以下重量份的原料制备而成:塑性黏土30‑45份、长石粉15‑30份、悬浮剂1‑3份、助溶剂0.3‑0.9份、发泡材料15‑40份、贝壳粉30‑55份、吸湿剂7‑13份、骨料20‑50份、防污剂1‑8份、纳米二氧化硅粉粒11‑23份、镁质土10‑25份、辊棒废料5‑10份。本发明中,通过设计的长石粉、贝壳粉、吸湿剂、骨料、防污剂、纳米二氧化硅粉粒、镁质土、辊棒废料、煤粉灰以及石灰石之间的互相配合,使得抛釉层表面所形成的孔洞,其内表面具有一定的防污效果,同时利用所形成的孔洞,对室内的湿度进行调节,因而可进一步提高抛釉瓷质砖的使用效果,且通过增强抛釉层的结构强度,降低了孔洞对抛釉层结构物理性能的影响。
