The invention discloses a superconducting magnetic levitation embedded rail transit line and train system. The system comprises a line system, a train, a running device, a power supply system, a levitation guide device, a traction brake system and an operation control signal system, and is characterized in that the line system and the train system adopt a superconducting magnetic levitation mode;the line system comprises viaduct piers and a groove-shaped ballast bed with an upward opening and an inverted omega-shaped cross section; the running device comprises a steering device, a damping mechanism, a framework, a suspension frame and a skid. The levitation guide device comprises a permanent magnet track and superconducting magnetic levitation devices, the permanent magnet track is laid at the bottom of the groove-shaped ballast bed, and the superconducting magnetic levitation devices are installed on the two sides of the bottom of the running device. According to the line and the train system, the superconducting magnetic levitation system is applied, so that non-contact levitation, no noise, no frictional wear, no electromagnetic radiation and safe and stable operation can be realized.
