The self retaining wall large diameter concrete hollow pipe column foundation comprises an annulardense mesh steel cage skeleton and an underwater annular retaining wall. The annular dense mesh steel cage skeleton is made by inner and outer layer longitudinal main reinforcements, inner and outer layer circumferential stirrups, inner and outer layer circumferential stiffening reinforcements, a radial reinforcement, inner and outer layer positioning reinforcements and inner and outer layer annular dense meshes in a factory or in the field. The underwater annular retaining wall is formed by underwater non-separated self-compacting solid speed condensed concrete pouring in gaps between the outer layer annular dense mesh and the borehole wall. When a pile body is poured, the stability of hole wall soil is maintained through the underwater annular retaining wall structure so as to ensure theslag cleaning quality at the bottom of a borehole and the forming quality of pile body concrete; and large external formwork is not required in pile body casting, the pouring and forming of the pilebody can be completed by only relying on the self structure and a light inner film, the problems of large formwork production, lifting, releasing and recycling and the like are solved, and the projectcost is greatly reduced.
