The invention discloses a forming method of a self-protective wall large-diameter concrete hollow tubular pile foundation. The self-protective wall large-diameter concrete hollow tubular pile foundation comprises an annular dense net reinforcement cage skeleton and an underwater annular protective wall. The annular dense net reinforcement cage skeleton is formed by binding inner and outer longitudinal main reinforcing bars, inner and outer annular stirrups, inner and outer annular stiffening bars, radial bars, inner and outer locating bars and inner and outer annular dense nets in a factory oron site. The underwater annular protective wall is formed by pouring underwater non-separable self-compaction fast setting concrete into the space between the outer annular dense net and the hole walls of drilled holes. During the pouring process of a pile body of the tubular pile foundation, external large formworks are not needed; pouring forming of the pile body can be completed just through the structure and a lightweight inner membrane of the tubular pile foundation. The problems that large formworks are hard to manufacture, hoist, recover and the like are solved. Site construction is faster and more efficient. The construction cost is greatly reduced.
