The pre-stressed pipe pile splicing device comprises a first pipepile and a second pipe pile, wherein the lower end of the first pipe pile is sunk and driven into a foundation pie; the second pipe pile is arranged at the upper end of the first pipe pile; a first notch is formed in the upper end of the first pipe pile; a second notch is formed in the lower end of the second pipe pile; a pile splicing mechanism is fixedly connected between the upper end of the first pipe pile and the lower end of the second pipe pile; the pile splicing mechanism is arranged in the first notch and the second notch; a third notch is formed in the lower position of the outer side wall of the first pipe pile; the lower position of the outer side wall of the first pipe pile is fixedly provided with a reinforcing mechanism; and the reinforcing mechanism is positioned on the upper part of the foundation pit and is arranged in the third notch. The pre-stressed pipe pile splicing device can quickly and conveniently perform a pile splicing process on steel pipe piles, so thata worker does not need to perform welding operation high up, and therefore, safety in an operation process is improved.
