The invention provides a reverse construction method waterproof grouting hole device and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of building construction for solving the problems that an existing grouting pipe waterproof structure is prone to aging and brittle cracking, and internal water blocking construction is difficult. The reverse construction method waterproof grouting holedevice comprises grouting pipes matched with grouting holes, grooves are formed in the outer sides of the grouting pipes, and the grooves are formed in a spiral shape; and grouting pipe cover platesare arranged on the upper parts of the grouting pipes in a matched mode, and elevation control lines are arranged on the outer walls of the grouting pipes. The construction method comprises the stepsthat firstly, concrete is poured to a roof and a firstly-built vertical component hung under the roof; the multiple grouting pipes are pre-embedded in the area, around a later-built vertical component, of the roof; then the later-built vertical component is downwards poured through channels of the grouting pipes; then the grouting pipes are removed, and holes of the grouting pipes are plugged; andfinally, the grouting pipe cover plate is constructed. A water stopping path is additionally arranged on the outer wall of the concrete through the spiral grooves so as to realize the water stoppingpurpose, and the grouting pipes can be recycled to avoid construction inconvenience caused by later metal corrosion or chiseling.
本发明提供了一种逆作法防水灌浆孔装置及施工方法,属于建筑施工技术领域,目的在于解决现有的灌浆管防水结构易老化脆裂,且内部阻水施工难的问题。它包括与灌浆孔配套设置的灌浆管,灌浆管外侧设有凹槽,凹槽呈螺旋形设置;灌浆管上方配套设有灌浆管盖板,灌浆管外壁设有标高控制线。该施工方法,首先浇筑顶板及其下挂的先筑竖向构件混凝土;并在后筑竖向构件周边顶板区域预埋若干灌浆管;然后通过灌浆管的通道向下浇筑后筑竖向构件;接着移除灌浆管并对其洞口进行封堵;最后施工灌浆管盖板。通过螺旋形凹槽在混凝土外壁增加过水路径以达到止水目的,而且灌浆管能够回收,避免后期金属锈蚀或者凿除带来的施工不便。
