본 발명은 그라우팅 방수 시공 공법을 개시한다. 이러한 본 발명은 건축 구조물이나 연약 지반층(흙)에 천공된 공극에 기체를 주입하여 공극을 확장시킨 상태에서, 이에 표면 강화제를 주입하여 공극내 이물질을 고정한 다음 해바실 방수제를 포함하는 그라우팅 보강제를 단계적으로 주입한 것이고, 이에 따라 건축 구조물이나 연약 지반층(흙)에 천공된 공극내에서의 그라우팅 보강제에 대한 접착 밀도와 수밀도를 높여, 혹독한 환경에서도 양생된 그라우팅 보강제를 통해 보강된 크랙이나 균열 발생 부분에서 미세 균열로 인한 누수 현상이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 등 내구 수명이 장기간 유지되는 것이다.
The present invention discloses a grouting waterproof construction method. The grouting waterproof construction method gradually injects a grouting reinforcing agent containing a haebaseal waterproof agent after injecting a surface reinforcing agent to fix foreign substances in the pore in a state of expanding a pore by injecting gas into the pore perforated on a building structure or a weak ground layer (soil), thereby increasing adhesive density and water tightness with respect to the grouting reinforcing agent in the pore perforated on the building structure or the weak ground layer (soil) to prevent a water leak from occurring due to a crack reinforced through the grouting reinforcing agent cured in a harsh environment and a fine crack in a crack occurring portion. Thus, durability can be maintained for a long time.
