Lakebed karst treatment method for deep shield tunnel
The invention discloses a lakebed karst treatment method for a deep shield tunnel. An operation platform formed by a double-side steel sheet pile cofferdam and backfilled cofferdam core soil is arranged on the lake surface above a karst area downwards-passed by a shield, so as to provide a stable operation surface for underwater karst exploration and karst pre-reinforcement treatment. The karst cave exploration accuracy is improved by densifying of special karst exploration holes and by the ways such as inter-hole electromagnetic wave CT and drilling under-mine TV shooting. Edge exploration holes are formed in a targeted mode, drilled holes where karst development is explored are used as grouting holes, then karst edge exploration is implemented outwards in sequence, and the process is cycled until karst reinforcement within the to-be-reinforced range of the tunnel is completed. Finally, grouting quality is inspected, and unqualified karst caves are subjected to supplementary treatment. The method greatly improves construction efficiency, guarantees the karst reinforcement treatment construction quality, avoids the risks of communication between subsurface drainage and a shield tunnel face, shield tunneling machine head diving and the like, guarantees safe shield tunneling and ensures no pollution to a lake water system during construction.
本发明公开了一种用于深埋盾构隧道的湖底岩溶处理方法,在盾构下穿岩溶区上部湖面设置双边钢板桩围堰+回填堰芯土作业平台,提供水下岩溶勘察、岩溶预加固处理的稳定作业面,通过加密严溶专项勘察孔位,孔间电磁波CT、钻孔井下电视摄像等方式,提高溶洞探测的准确性,针对性的布置探边孔,选择探测到岩溶发育的钻孔作为注浆孔,再依次往外实施岩溶探边,如此循环,直至完成隧道待加固范围岩溶加固;最后对注浆质量进行检验,对不合格溶洞进行补充处理。本发明大大提升了施工工效,保证岩溶加固处理施工质量,避免地下水系与盾构掌子面贯通、盾构机载头等风险,保障盾构掘进安全,同时确保施工作业不会对湖体水系造成污染。
