The invention discloses a lakebed drainage and exhaust device. The device comprises a tree-shaped drainage and exhaust groove, the tree-shaped drainage and exhaust groove comprises a perforated exhaust pipe groove and a perforated drainage pipe groove, a perforated exhaust pipe is arranged in the perforated exhaust pipe groove, a perforated drainage pipe is arranged in the perforated drainage pipegroove, and the perforated drainage pipe is connected with a drainage well outside a lake. An elbow is arranged at the lower portion of the middle of the perforated exhaust pipe and communicated withan exhaust hole, the upper portion is sleeved with a PVC pipe, the top of the perforated exhaust pipe is covered with a perforated coiled material, and a valve box is installed. The method comprisesthe steps that the tree-shaped drainage and exhaust groove is excavated in the lakebed; permeable geotextile and gravels are laid; the gravels are adopted for backfilling, and permeable geotextile andnon-woven fabric are laid; medium sand is adopted for backfilling after the perforated exhaust pipe is laid, and non-woven fabric is laid at the upper portion; after non-woven fabric at the upper portion of the drainage perforated exhaust pipe is laid, waterproof coiled materials are fully laid at the lake bottom; and the perforated drainage pipe is connected with the drainage well outside the lake, the perforated exhaust pipe is connected with the elbow, and is sleeved with the PVC pipe, and the valve box is mounted. The device is simple in structure, low in cost, durable and worthy of popularization.
