The invention relates to a vertical temporary supporting device for a shallow-buried excavation pipe gallery. The vertical temporary supporting device comprises an upper section support, a middle section support and a lower section support which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, and the middle section support comprises at least two sub middle section supports. The upper section support and the middle section support are detachably and fixedly connected through a first fixing assembly, every two adjacent sub middle section supports are detachably and fixedly connected through a second fixing assembly, and the middle section support and the lower section support are detachably and fixedly connected through a third fixing assembly. The vertical temporary supporting device can berapidly disassembled in batches, can be conveniently lengthened and repeatedly used on site, and is higher in construction speed and higher in safety.
