Lightweight concrete ceramic thick board curtain wall and installation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of prefabricated curtain walls and discloses a lightweight concrete ceramic thick board curtain wall and an installation method thereof. By means of the lightweightconcrete ceramic thick board curtain wall and the installation method thereof, technical problems that assembling construction is conducted simultaneously while an existing curtain wall is hoisted, and the construction is relatively difficult are solved. The lightweight concrete ceramic thick board curtain wall comprises multiple curtain wall separate bodies. Each two adjacent curtain wall separate bodies are spliced and fixed. Each curtain wall separate body comprises a ceramic thick board, an outer vane board and a structural layer which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside. Eachouter vane board is formed by bundling of steel bars and pouring of concrete. Each ceramic thick board and outer vane board are connected through first connecting parts. Each first connecting part comprises multiple claw nails. One ends of the claw nails are fixedly connected with the ceramic thick boards and pre-buried in concrete of the outer vane plates. According to the lightweight concrete ceramic thick board curtain wall, before the curtain wall is hoisted, ceramic thick boards, outer vane boards and structural layers are integrally connected, and the difficulty of conducting hoisting construction on the curtain wall is lowered.
