The invention discloses an extrusion molding floor with an abrasion-resisting surface and a production process thereof. The floor comprises a floor inner layer, an internal embedded shell, an externalembedded shell, antiskid sleeve pads and antiskid grains. When the floor inner layer is subjected to extrusion molding, center buffer components are mounted between center base plates correspondingly; a left sleeve and a left auxiliary spring, and a right sleeve and a right auxiliary spring are arranged in the internal embedded shell and the external embedded shell located on the outer side correspondingly and embedded into side buffer grooves located in the two ends of the floor inner layer correspondingly; when the floor is already mounted and is subject to external impact, buffer corrugated pads located on the upper and lower sides of adjusting rods in the center buffer components are matched with corresponding buffer springs, the impact strength in the vertical direction of the flooris reduced, the left auxiliary spring and the right auxiliary spring located on the two sides reduce the impact strength in the horizontal direction of the floor, and the impact resistance of the floor in the horizontal direction and in the vertical direction is effectively improved while the abrasion resistance of the surface of the floor is guaranteed.
