Co-extrusion polymer composite wear-resisting floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a co-extrusion polymer composite wear-resisting floor and a preparation method thereof. The floor is composed of a surface layer and a core layer, wherein the surface layer is located on the upper surface of the core layer and upper half parts of the two sides and is 1.5-2.0 mm thick. The surface layer and the core layer are continuously formed at a time through co-extrusion lamination. The surface layer is made of UHMWPE, polyethylene wax and inorganic colorants, and the core layer is composed of waste polyethylene, wood flour, coal ash, foaming nucleating agents, foaming agents, cross-linking agents, blowing promoter and polyethylene wax. The composite wear-resisting floor has the advantages of being light, high in strength, resistant to wearing, resistant to aging and low in cost.
