The invention provides an assembly type ground mounting structure. The assembly type ground mounting structure comprises an overhead assembly and a panel arranged on the overhead assembly, wherein theoverhead assembly comprises supporting keels, positioning clamping pieces and supporting rods; the supporting keels comprise a main keel and side keels, the side keels are arranged on the two sides of the main keel, and the side keels are connected with the ground; the positioning clamping pieces are arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the main keel in the length direction of the supporting keels; the supporting rods are arranged in the length direction of the main keels and located on the inner sides of the main keels, and the tops of the supporting rods are connected with the topsof the main keels. Compared with the prior art, the assembly type ground mounting structure has the advantages of being convenient to install, high in construction efficiency and good in stability ofthe whole panel structure.
