The mounting structure is characterized in that a plurality of supporting assemblies and a plurality of transverse connecting components are arranged, the plurality of transverse connecting components are fixedly installed on the ground, long-strip-shaped positioning areas are arranged in the middles of thetransverse connecting components, the plurality of supporting assemblies are fixedly installed in the positioning areas, a base plate is laid at the top of each supporting assembly, each supporting assembly comprises a first support and a second support, the base plates are erected on the first supports and the second supports, first supporting parts and second supporting parts are arranged at thebottoms of the base plates, the tops of the first supports support the first supporting parts, and the tops of the second supports support the second supporting parts. The invention further providesa mounting method of an assembly type overhead ground combined frame. Compared with the prior art, the supports and the transverse connecting parts are connected into a whole, a point foundation is changed into a strip foundation, a single support cannot move independently, the integrity is better, loosening is not likely to happen, and noise is not likely to be generated.
